Payment Terms and Conditions
You agree to comply with the practices, instructions, operational procedures, policies, and guidelines relating to product purchases via the platform, including any amendments thereto as may be issued and enforced by us. You are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted such obligations once such changes are published on the platform. These terms and conditions apply solely to your product orders and payments made between you and the seller.
- You agree to pay for the products using a legally authorized credit or debit card.
- You agree not to cancel any payments unless the transaction between you and the seller fails to meet the agreed terms, the product is not delivered, or the received product significantly differs from the details provided by the seller, as determined at the seller’s discretion.
- You acknowledge that refunds of successfully processed payments can only be made if the seller confirms and explicitly requests such a refund.
- You acknowledge that all refunds must be processed through the original payment method and returned to the original payer.
- You acknowledge that the timing of the refund reaching your account is not guaranteed. Refund processing times may vary and are subject to the procedures of each bank and/or payment service provider.
Product Return and Exchange Policy
The company reserves the right to accept returns within 3 days after the product has been received and inspected. If a defect is found that is caused by the company, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- If a defect is found, please notify the company within 3 days of receipt. Include proof of purchase (purchase order, receipt), along with a complete unboxing video clearly showing the product unpacking process without edits or modifications.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the company. If any damage occurs during return shipping, the company reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by third-party delivery services arranged by the customer.
- Returned products must be in original condition, unused, with intact packaging and complete accessories, including manuals. The company reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product fails to meet the conditions specified or shows signs of damage caused by customer usage.
- Once the returned product is received and the reported defect is verified in accordance with company and manufacturer policies, the company will proceed with either a refund or product exchange as agreed.
Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Items
- The product has been used.
- The product is not in its original condition (e.g. damaged packaging, missing accessories or components).
- The returned product does not match the model or type originally shipped.
- The product lacks proof of purchase (purchase order or receipt from the company).
- The required unedited, complete unboxing video is not provided.
